Hugo, if you do care about your alliance as any good leader, why not you guys just sign a treaty to your current enemies and get permission to stay and prosper in Cache?
Under the surrender terms, you could,
1. Pay a monthly regional rent of billions to allied forces for war damage and campaign bills.
2. Allow allied forces to do contraband checks on Cache choke points.
3. Allow allied forces to do military embargo/sanction on RA military wing so the region can be stable.
4. Allow allied forces to be stationed in Cache to ensure peace and prosperity of RA.
In return, allied forces can help RA to rebuild an empire and have a peaceful Cache.
An example of offical terms of surrender can lead to
a) Everybody wants a peaceful region.
b) Allied forces have a say who RA can NAP and can not NAP with.
c) Giving some % of ISKs per month as a tribute. Does not need billions but maybe 500M and above. This is better to see a good use of ISKs than RA rebuilding 20 Dreads, Motherships or Titans.
d) Allied forces will not seize loot. Just checking what is being moved to Cache. I am sure, nobody wants to see a few Titans growing behind our backyard. Wink
e) RA not dissolving military forces. It is called population control or imposing a quota on military strengths so RA can not organise a suprise attack of 1600 BSes in Cache. Wink
Like I said, I do not think allied forces are bad or evil. I am sure allied forces will help RA to prosper and rebuild if RA help themselves.
